1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

By accessing pkr988.games, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pkr988 platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

3. Eligibility

To register and use a pkr988 Account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be a current or former employee of pkr988, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• Not be self-excluded from pkr988 or any gambling platform through any active self-exclusion programme.

pkr988 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or source of funds at any time. Accounts where verification is not completed within a reasonable period may be suspended pending resolution. pkr988 will not process withdrawals until satisfactory identity verification has been completed.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may hold only one Account on pkr988. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr988 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. pkr988 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been conducted by you unless you have previously notified pkr988 of a security breach.

4.3 Duplicate Accounts

If pkr988 identifies that you hold more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts will be closed immediately. Any Bonus funds in duplicate Accounts will be forfeited. Real-money balances in excess of the original deposit may be withheld pending investigation. pkr988 reserves the right to reverse any winning transactions made from a duplicate Account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to pkr988 are made in PKR. Minimum deposit amounts are as published on the platform's payment information page. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers. pkr988 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment account used to deposit must be registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the payments page (typically under 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and under 2 hours for HBL, UBL, and MCB bank transfers). pkr988 reserves the right to request identity documentation before approving any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as stated on the payments page. Withdrawals may only be sent to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.

5.3 Transaction Limits

Daily withdrawal limits apply as published on the platform. Players operating under responsible gaming deposit limits may be subject to additional restrictions consistent with their chosen limit settings. pkr988 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All Bonuses offered by pkr988 are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence. pkr988 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement and eligible games are stated in each individual promotion's terms. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering contributions do not count toward the requirement.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's balance. pkr988 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the original promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

pkr988 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploitation of software errors or promotional misconfiguration. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may have their Account suspended.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

Bets are accepted only when confirmed and acknowledged by the pkr988 platform. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation reference. pkr988 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Player's side. All bets must be placed before the relevant market closes.

7.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

pkr988 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were published in error due to technical fault, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded to the Player's pkr988 wallet. pkr988 will exercise this right responsibly and only in cases of clear manifest error.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each game type and market are displayed at the point of bet placement. pkr988 reserves the right to impose special stake limits on any market, Player, or event at its discretion.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on pkr988 may be suspended at any time without notice, including during periods of high match activity or data disruption. Bets confirmed before a market suspension will stand. Bets submitted during a suspension will not be accepted.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr988 and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Accessing the platform using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that simulates human interaction.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any activity that is criminal under applicable law.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion, by creating additional accounts.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or reversal of deposits after funds have been used for betting.
• Making any false, misleading, or defamatory statements about pkr988 in any public forum.
• Providing false identity information or misrepresenting your age during registration or verification.

pkr988 reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity, including money laundering and fraud, to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by pkr988

pkr988 may suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in cases where: (a) a breach of these Terms & Conditions is detected or reasonably suspected; (b) verification documentation is not provided within a reasonable time; (c) irregular betting patterns are detected; (d) the Account is subject to a legal hold or regulatory investigation.

9.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting pkr988 customer support via live chat. Any confirmed real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding Bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following standard verification checks.

9.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, access to all Services is immediately terminated. Existing bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any winnings credited to the final balance where applicable, subject to verification.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr988 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, audio, video, logos, and the pkr988 brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr988 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pkr988 content without prior written permission.

11. Privacy & Data

pkr988 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. pkr988 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

pkr988 may share Player data with third-party payment processors (Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, MCB, SadaPay, Raast) solely to the extent necessary to process transactions, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr988's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr988 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; (b) losses arising from interrupted or unavailable services due to technical maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events; (c) any loss of data; or (d) any losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their own Account credentials.

13. Responsible Gaming

pkr988 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players, particularly those in Pakistan who may be vulnerable to gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit ceilings from your account settings.
• Session time reminders — configure alerts that notify you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality checks — display of elapsed session time at regular intervals during gameplay.
• Self-exclusion — voluntary exclusion from the platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is activated via the account dashboard or by contacting support. During self-exclusion, all promotional communications are suspended.

Players and pkr988 agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting pkr988 customer support. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to the applicable regulatory or dispute-resolution body as specified by the platform's operating licence.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under any consumer protection legislation applicable to you.
